AkijBashir Group and Anwar Landmark Limited have signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration aimed at expanding access to AkijBashir’s premium building materials portfolio for Anwar Landmark’s authorized members and clientele.
The MoU was signed on January 28th, 2026 by Mohammed Fasiul Mowla, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Anwar Landmark Limited, and Mohammod Khourshed Alam, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of AkijBashir Group, in the presence of senior officials from both organizations. Under the terms of the agreement, AkijBashir Group will extend a dedicated premium sourcing and fulfillment facility for Anwar Landmark Limited’s authorized members through its flagship emporium “Selections”, ensuring guided product selection, order placement, and end-to-end coordination through an assigned AkijBashir representative.
Through this collaboration, Anwar Landmark Limited will facilitate access to AkijBashir’s leading brands including Akij Ceramics, Akij Board, Akij Door, ROSA Sanitaryware & Bathware and AkijBashir Glass, offering customers a complete solution across tiles, sanitaryware, bathware, boards, doors, and glass. The MoU also includes a structured commercial framework with agreed credit terms, delivery coordination, warranty coverage, and a defined discount facility for eligible purchases across categories.
Mr. Khourshed Alam expressed, “By bringing multiple categories under one coordinated channel, we are making it easier for customers to build complete spaces with consistent quality, dependable timelines, and dedicated after-sales support.”
Mr. Mohammed Fasiul Mowla added, “This agreement reflects mutual confidence and a shared vision. By working together under a structured framework, we are building a stronger bond that will deliver consistent service and lasting value.”
Notable attendees from the AkijBashir Group included Mohammed Ashraful Haque, Head of Sales at Akij Ceramics; Bishwajit Paul, Head of Sales at ROSA Sanitaryware; and Md. Nazrul Islam, Head of Sales at Akij Board, along with other senior team members from both organizations who were present to witness the signing.
The alliance marks a new chapter for both organizations, united in their pursuit to shape elegant, sustainable, and inspiring spaces – Beyond Tomorrow.
